Complaints received in relation to the distribution of proceeds or the operation of the
Four Winds Foundation Limited should be made in writing and addressed to:
The Secretary, Four Winds Foundation Limited, PO Box 74104, Market Road, Auckland 1543.
Complaints will be considered and a response sent to the complainant within 20 working days as to the outcome and any action that has been taken to rectify the matter if required. Complainants will be entitled to refer to complaint to the Department of Internal Affairs if they are not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the Foundation.
