Wayne brings a wealth of experience in New Zealand sports, having been involved with NZ Softball, NZ Rugby League, NZ Dragon Boating, and the NZ Summer Olympic & Commonwealth Games teams. Awarded the NZ Commemoration Medal for Services to New Zealand Sport in 1990, Wayne's leadership at Four Winds Foundation, which he has been part of since 2009, is marked by his unwavering commitment to community development and sporting excellence.

David's extensive hospitality experience includes 13 years with DB Breweries and over 22 years as a venue operator. With 15 years in senior management roles in a large gaming society and as President of Taranaki Hospitality NZ since 2002, David is a strong advocate for the industry. His passion for hospitality and community support is evident in his ongoing efforts to enhance the sector. David joined the Four Winds Foundation in 2020.

Grant, a leading local lawyer with over 40 years of experience, has been instrumental in shaping legal precedents in banking, credit recovery, and complex litigation. As the first independent Chairman of the Gaming Machine Trusts Association, Grant brings a wealth of expertise in political lobbying, public relations, and media management, ensuring that Four Winds Foundation operates with transparency and integrity.

Graham is an experienced business leader, board member, and qualified accountant with over 35 years of experience in New Zealand organisations. A former international hockey player and coach, Graham blends his sporting knowledge with extensive experience in finance and governance, taking a collaborative approach to build strong and enduring community relationships. Graham joined the Four Winds Foundation in 2022.

Kylie has led finance teams within the gaming industry since 2009, earning a reputation for her expertise in financial administration. As a key part of the Four Winds management team, Kylie ensures the smooth operation of the foundation's finances, venues, and stakeholder engagements, maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our model. Kylie was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

Mark's career in the gaming industry began in 1999, and he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Four Winds Foundation, which he has been part of since 2013. Mark's expertise is vital in managing and overseeing gaming operations, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Barbara's involvement in sports, recognized with an MBE in 1996, includes playing, administration, coaching, and infrastructure development. As a former sociologist and lecturer at the University of Auckland, Barbara brings a deep understanding of societal relationships to her role, helping countless organisations raise funds for their projects.

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in the Class 4 gaming sector. He has extensive technical knowledge and a deep understanding of gaming room operations. Steve has built strong working relationships with venue operators across the country and is a trusted and reliable figure in the gaming and hospitality sectors. He joined the Four Winds Foundation in 2024.

Amar, our Strategic Partnership Lead, brings over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on relationship management, brand development, and operational excellence. Known for his reliability and depth of industry knowledge, Amar plays a key role in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships. His multilingual abilities further strengthen his communication, enabling him to connect effectively with operators, managers, and staff across diverse environments.

With an Honours degree in law from Auckland University and 43 years of continuous practice, Graeme excels in problem-solving and adding value to clients' businesses. His involvement in sports and as a director of several successful private companies underscores his commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.

Her commitment to compliance and enthusiastic approach makes her a valuable asset to the team.
