Staff Training

As a C4 gaming licensed society operating under the Gambling Act 2003 we have a collective responsibility to identify, reduce and minimize harm.

Part of this requirement is the need to ensure all venues and venue staff are trained and confident with regards to all aspects of harm minimization. Our venues and venue staff share our responsibility to reduce and minimise harm. 

This online portal allows you to logon and complete the necessary training online to an approved standard ensuring that you will be able to confidently identify and assist potential problem gamblers whom require intervention and assistance.We thank you for taking the time and responsibility to complete your online training.
